I'm excited to attend our Global Training Network Staff Gathering in February.

Once a year, we gather in Phoenix to reconnect, scheme, network with trips, and learn best practices to help international pastors and leaders reach their full impact. This year, I feel very privileged to be invited to help train some of our GTN staff in using creativity and interactive principles together to equip international pastors.  I get to help train trainers, who train the international trainers, who train their people... = multiplication!

I am humbled and excited.
